Duns Castle welcomes HomeAway’s Prizewinners

Almost one year ago, we discovered that Duns Castle had been chosen from among castles across Europe to become the flagship property for HomeAway’s 2017 brand awareness campaign linked to Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. What an amazing adventure it has been: the filming of a TV and cinema commercial last December, a major PR week in March where we welcomed international journalists, influencers and the live broadcast from the castle of America’s top-ranking morning show “Today on NBC” and this summer we provided hospitality for 5 groups of prizewinners from across the globe. This short film features one of these charming, prizewinning groups and captures both the HomeAway spirit and the essence of what an exclusive-use booking at Duns Castle in the Scottish Borders is all about.
